Using Custom Rows

The Drag & Drop editor allows you to save the modules you frequently use so you can quickly recall them when creating or modifying an email message.

Save a Custom Row

  • Select a Row present in your message.

  • Click on the Floppy Disk icon

  • Name your Row to easily find it in the list of Saved Rows.

  • Save your new custom Row.

Insert a Custom Row

  1. Select “Rows” from the side panel and from the dropdown menu click on “Saved Rows”

  2. Simply drag the module you need into the message.

Edit a Saved Row

Attention, modifying a Saved Row will not apply the modification to the messages in which you have used it in the past. Update them manually if needed.

  1. Select “Rows” from the side panel and from the dropdown menu click on “Saved Row”.

  2. Click on “Edit” at the bottom of the row you want to modify.

  3. Select “Edit Appearance” in the editor pop-up.

Editing the Row

Modify the Row as you would in an email message. You can also:

  • Save as a new row

  • Rename the row

  • Exit without saving

Delete a Custom Row

Attention, deleting a Saved Row will not remove it from the messages in which you have used it in the past. Update them manually if needed.

  1. Select “Rows” from the side panel and from the dropdown menu click on “Saved Rows”.

  2. Click on “Delete” at the bottom of the module you want to delete and confirm the choice.
