Add and/or edit RSS feeds that will appear in the dropdown menu when creating a new message from RSS. You can add a new one, or edit/delete an existing one using the 
button far to the right of the screen.
Use the link provided at the bottom of the page to go straight to the creation of a new message. The other link leads you to the template section, where you can choose a customizable existing template or create a new one.
