Un'introduzione ai filtri
I filtri ti permettono di segmentare i tuoi destinatari in base a una varietà di condizioni. Queste condizioni possono essere relativa a:
- Filtri anagrafici: dati salvati nel profilo del destinatario
- Filtri per attività: azioni che il destinatario ha o non ha fatto
- Filtri geografici; il luogo in cui si stima si trovi il destinatario
- Filtri per dispositivo: lo strumento che il destinatario ha utilizzato per vedere i messaggi
Uso dei filtri
I filtri vengono utilizzati all'interno della console con diversi scopi:
- nella ricerca avanzata quando si cerca un destinatario specifico
- quando invii un messaggio e devi selezionare i destinatari a cui mandarlo
- quando devi creare un Gruppo. Per esempio potresti creare un gruppo chiamato "Donne - di 30 anni - di Milano" e inserirci i destinatari che hanno questi 3 requisiti (sempre che tu li abbia all'interno del database dei destinatari)
- puoi anche usarli per inviare un messaggio automatico. Per esempio un messaggio di ringraziamento ai clienti che hanno fatto un'acquisto negli ultimi 30 giorni (the order date could be saved to the recipients database by using an ecommerce integration)
- Finally, they can be used together with dynamic content, another advanced feature that allows you to dynamically change the content of a message when certain conditions are met
All in all, filters are one of the most powerful feature in MailUp, and can allow you to run sophisticated marketing campaigns.
Filters and the Marketing+ package
Your MailUp account comes with a few, default filters. In order to be able to add and edit multiple filters, you will need to add the Marketing+ package to your account.
