The contact person(s) listed here will be taken as a reference for the areas indicated (e.g. administrative, technical), so make sure that contact details are always up to date. Use the "Actions" button to remove a contact person or to update his contact information. When clicking Actions > Edit contact, you also have the chance to add this person to the test group to receive test mailings.

You can have different contacts listed for different purposes.
- Technical contact: maintenance alerts, other technical issues
- Sales: sales-related matters, billing issues, etc.
- Administrative: legal matters (e.g. account appears to be in violation of the MailUp terms of use)
- Abuse: notifications of SPAM compliants that are filed directly with the MailUp Abuse Desk. Make sure that this is an address (e.g. abuse@... or customerService@...) that you are comfortable sharing with recipients.
