Difference between login and trial
From the home page of mailup.com, you can access your platform (log in) or request a 30-day free trial account (FREE TRIAL)
Login
From the MailUp homepage click on the Login button at the top right, or go to login.mailup.com
Username is not the email you registered with, but it's the account ID you can find at the top right of your platform (should be something like m123456)
Once you log in, if you're on a trial account, you can
- access the My plan page of the platform by clicking on the shopping cart icon in the top right. From this page, you can buy a subscription, SMS credits, and other services.
- access your area by clicking the username in the top right.
If you're on a paid account, you can enter your area by clicking the username in the top right.
In your area you can:
- check the expiration date of your account;
- renew your subscription;
- buy SMS credits;
- buy additional services;
- review and update your billing details and payment method;
- View your invoices.
How to recover your username and password
From the login page, if you don't remember your password, click on "forgot?". You will be taken to the password retrieval page. Input your username and its associated email and you will receive a message with the link to reset your password.
In the same way, if you don't remember your username, click on "forgot?". You'll be taken to the username retrieval page. Just insert the email you used to create the account and you will receive a message with the list of usernames linked to that email address.
