The Geolocation report offers an overview of how recipients' activities are distributed geographically.


Region-level details are available for these countries:

  • Italy
  • Spain
  • France
  • Denmark


The stats displayed in this section are limited to the statistics retention period provided in your plan (up to 365 days). Any click or open outside this period will not be counted in these statistics.

This data is based on the IP addresses supplied by the email providers. IP addresses can be both static and dynamic. In the case of static IPs, the data is 100% reliable. On the contrary, if the IPs are dynamic, openings may not refer to the real location of the recipient.
