I do not know how to upload images

You can upload images in different ways:

  1. When editing a message using the HTML editor, click on "Image Manager" and load the images manually;
  2. Open Internet Explorer, locate the desired image, then copy and paste it into the editor;
  3. Use an image that has been uploaded to another Internet location (e.g. your Web site). 
Other notes about using images in HTML email messages:
  • If you are working on the HTML code, make sure that every image has an absolute path to an external location that can be accessed through the Internet. For example: <img src="http://www.myWebSite.com/images/myImage.gif")>).
  • Check the image name: make sure that it does not contain special characters such as "&", ">", "<", "?", or spaces.
